This workshop will teach you how to resolve your daily emotional challenges through self-inquiry. If you are experiencing any of the following, this unique workshop is for you:

  • Stressed from too many things happening in a day

  • Having difficulty stilling your mind in meditation

  • Unable to think things through to a positive conclusion

  • In need of something you can turn to for a quick solution

  • Having trouble focusing your thoughts

The Mindful Mandala Cards will be available as part of the cost of the workshop.

Introductory Outdoor Mushroom Cultivation Workshop

Saturday April 27, 2024 –11am- 12:30pm

Learn the introductory tips and techniques to grow edible mushrooms outdoors!

In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn various methods of outdoor mushroom cultivation including using hardwood slabs. We will explore the ways that mushrooms support our physical health, improve soil quality and drainage, cleans water, and of course, good eating!

Participants will be able to choose between Lions Mane, Reishi, and Oyster totems to inoculate and take home. $75 class fee includes necessary supplies.

Class is led by Rishi and Danny of Micro Alliance, a BIPOC-led alliance of mushroom cultivators and connoisseurs, gardeners and sailors, who believe that everyone has the capacity to grow food at their own leisure and that nutrient-dense foods like mushrooms can support our local food economies and reframe how we think about food, forests, and agriculture!
